Scotland is renowned for its seafood, and in Argyll you will find some of the best. Loch Fyne, a favourite of chef Rick Stein, is known all over the world for the quality of its shellfish. Buy your own in the shop or let the chefs at the great restaurant take the hard work out of it for you.
There are plenty of other fantastic restaurants thorughout Argyll, such as the excellent Waterfront in Oban. For a local snack drop into the Robin's Nest Tearoom in Taynuilt.
The Inverawe Smokehouse has beautiful smoked Scottish salmon, and is very close to our accommodation.
